ShooterModeratorRobinson is going to want top dollar. Plus, I’m not sure where you put him. Josh Gordon is the unquestioned #1, Landry is the 2. Allen is a 1 in his own right, so where does he fit?
Pryor actually sounds like an option. We know him, and he’ll be cheap (wow should he have taken our deal last year lol)
Richardson, Meh.
Lee sounds intriguing as well.March 13, 2018 at 4:53 am #11449
GABrownsFanParticipantI’ll be happy to have Pryor come back.
PFT is reporting that Robinson has agreed to a 42 million, 3-year deal with the bears.

IceKeymasterRobinson is gone. I’m betting Lee stays in Jax, otherwise he’d be a nice option. Pryor can come here on a 1 year $3mil deal.
I really wish Corey Coleman had not been a bust. If he was everything he was supposed to be we’d have already gone from having the worst WR’s in the league to the best. As it sits I won’t be surprised if we trade him for another bag of used footballs.

mike barnesParticipantWell Sammy Watkins just went off the board signed with the chiefs. Not that I’d not like to have Pryor back I just think the other FA wide receivers offer more for the money.

The guys had some bad luck, but he’s shown flashes as well. Plus, he’s had a revolving door of the worst qbs in the league throwing him the ball.
We need to give guys time to develop, not just write them off when they don’t walk in the door pro ready as a rookie. The guy has not caused any off the field issues, there’s no reason to dump him now when his value is at its lowest.

IceKeymasterThe regime that drafted him also drafted about 20 other receivers. They all suck. It’s clear that the scouts were either dead wrong on receivers or the front office ignored them completely. Either way, I haven’t seen enough flashes from Coleman to even care if he’s on our team or not. In the 2 years he’s been here he’s been handed the starting job and not done anything to earn keeping it. If anything he’s getting worse. The final 3 games of the year he was thrown 16 passes, of which he caught 3.
To his credit, Haley seems to be able to create league leading receivers out of thin air, but I doubt he’ll work his magic on Coleman.
