Yeah, kinda heard this too. Kaep is also an (unlikely) option.
If Sashi makes any type of trade, expect us to get another draft pick.
It’s doubtful that they trade for him, but if they do, literally anything you get for him is a plus because barring some sort of freakish display of athletic prowess and quarterbcking wizardry, he’s most likely just going to be cut.
If you can nab a 6th rounder for him, sweet.
Well, it ain’t happening. Looking like Cutler (who I admittedly didn’t see coming) is gonna sign for a year.
Not to mention he’s beginning to look like our starter, if our wonderful press is to be believed.
I hope you guys are mentally prepared for the very real possibility of Brock Osweiler being our starter this year.
Breathe in through your nose, and do that thing where you shake your hands in front of you like you’re trying to fan yourself without lifting your hands above chest level. Kind of like an 8 year-old-girl that is trying to dry the nail polish she just put on, where your arms are extended and your palms are down though, but pointing towards you. like you’re trying to slap the inside of your elbow. That move. Do that.
Do that while breathing through your nose, and keeping your eyes closed as you look up at the ceiling and imagine something fun from your childhood. But on’t stop breathing, and don’t stop moving your hands as fast as they will go.
Then kind of gnash your teeth together and say out loud without opening your mouth and in a hushed manner under your own breath….. “oh my God Brock Osweiler is gonna be our starter” like you’re pushing out a monster shit all alone in the bathroom and you need to just get this thing out.
Like it’s one word. Do it fast……. and then looooooooooooooong exhale to the finish.
I don’t recommend doing that twice but, do it if necessary.
After that, you should be able to open your eyes, settle those digits, and come to grips with the reality of what’s happening.
You’re not gonna like it at all, but it’ll get you to where you need to be.

I started seeing that after reading unbiased people talk how bad Kizer and Kessler are. Thought of you immediately. That said, I still think Kizer will be named starter for preseason game 1. It’ll happen today

Well, it’s official, at least in preseason. He’s starting vs. the Saints.
I hope he Trent Dilfer’s (the Ravens version) the fuck out of this team.

I think Hue read this and started Osweiler just to spite you.
I don’t care who the QB is, just be serviceable, please. Run the ball like it’s the only gameplan, and rely on defense to make plays. If the QB situation is truly that bad, don’t put the game in his hands.
