They said as HC his demeanor with players completely changed from his defense mindset.

The discipline is clearly there. The WR hands are most noticeable. 2 games with no sacks.

Overall team is clearly far more prepared. If we win out I’m all for it. Either way he deserves an interview

Soup calls for him to be fired approx. 6 times per game.

That is much lower than average.

As far as Williams is concerned I’m interested to see him play out the string. We’ve got 5 games left against some pretty tough opponents.

Bruce Arians has publicly said that if he’s HC he’d retain Kitchens and I think Williams. Why the hell would we want Arians if our goal is to retain the current staff? I’d prefer Williams over Arians.

BC HC is a different animal. I agree on letting it play out though. If Williams keeps this success up and we win out the year, you don’t mess with it.

I think a big plus in Arians (should we fall apart) is retaining Kitchens assuming we keep putting up the points. We are averaging over 27 PPG these 3 games. Bakers success under him has been incredible. That’s something we can’t risk under a new OC (again, assuming the offense maintains its high success)

My Worry about Williams is he coordinator guy that just has his team opperating on emotion?

With Arians we all know he is a VERY GOOD HC, but does have gas left in the tank? And if so, how much?

I have been streaming at work 92.3 since they let go of Loser Hue.

And they have been interviewing Williams and he has done nothing but impress me. Literally he talks about preparing for games and the extra effort that goes in and makes the difference. He is also talking about the discipline that is being preached constantly through the days.

I am not saying he deserves the job yet. But in my mind, the players really respect him and definitely are putting in the time.

A totally different team than the one the loser coached.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.

Arians and Williams have comperable HC experience in this league. Arians is the HC you want if you want to lose. No Arians.

    Also no Arians.

Okay, so we’ll mark Ice down as “maybe”.
