Right after the part where he said “Was it a heart attack? I wish…” I paused it and asked my wife what she thought it was. She said either an aneurysm or aortic disection. Pretty amazing she could guess that based on such a small amount of info.

Not really those are 2 things are the only things worse than a heart attack that’s in the chest heart area that’s not a heart attack.
