IceKeymasterGoing younger. It makes sense. Are we going to the Superbowl in the next two years? No. Let’s build for the future.

IceKeymasterNo he did have a good year and he was a team leader. I hate to lose him but we’re clearly getting young.

soupParticipantBummer to see him go due to his veteran leadership and work ethic – however – due to age I have no complaints being that they are “rebuilding.” These moves make sense much more than letting 25 and 26 year old solid players leave

the dudeParticipantsoup, we have been rebuilding for a decade. the last time we had a winning season was 2007. we waste draft picks on sub par talent. when we have a good player, maybe we should hang on to them so that someone can learn from them. none of this other crap is working
rebuilding is a bullshit term. there is no such thing as rebuilding in the nfl. you build a program to win year in and year out. you draft players based on being professional and doing a job. you don’t hire someone out of college to half ass it…..we have done this now twice with top picks.
to be honest, i would like to see everyone purely fired and to start from ground zero with people who want to be apart of this organization and who believe it can be changed.
