I hate Connor Cook. This teams needs a leader more than any team in the NFL. I know Wunkle has a ton of gravitas from nailing BOTH Brown’s 1st rounders last year but I hate any draft that includes Connor Cook. 🙂
Would you rather trade to 13 (MIA) then to 17 (ATL) and then take Paxton Lynch? Would you rather take Christian Hackenberg at the top of the third? I know that you hate Connor Cook, but give me some alternatives, Ice. And DON’T place all your hopes and dreams on Cardale Jones – especially if you want to draft him anywhere before the fifth round. Actually, if they don’t take a QB early, I hope they end up taking Jake Coker at #172.

I’m with Ice on the Cook hate. Also, no on Hackenberg – I’ll be ticked if we take either of those guys. Crappenberg blows ass. I saw plenty of him living in PA – great freshman year – got worse rather than improved.
My only question would be Elliott at #8 if we stand pat. Now remember – I stated that he’s the real deal and that he will have a better pro career than Bosa. Elliott will be a stud. That said – do you think they’d go here with having Johnson and Crowell? (It’s also widely known I’m not a huge Crowell fan – he’s great to the outside but fairly sloppy – he’s solid back-up material).
Curious on your thoughts – again – Elliot (IMO) is far and away the best prospect for the pros on OSU and he’s far superior to any RB in the draft (especially Henry who falls down if wind hits him)
Tyler Boyd fits the mold o a really good Pit WR (not the stud that Bryant and Fitzgerald were) but will be a very good pro.
