You think Joe Thomas can turn Harrison into Joe Thomas? I sure as hell don’t. Wiley will leave at the end of the season when the new HC or OC bring in their own staff. No reason to cut him now.

No i dont think they need to necessarily cut him now…

And do I think Thomas can turn around Harrison? Not a bit. But if we are stuck with him, I guarantee Thomas can give him a fair assessment on his strengths and weaknesses like good coaches do. Maybe he would be better at guard or something…. I am not an expert, but what I can tell you is the current site is not working and why not bring in the BEST.

I think we’re already getting Joe’s coaching for free. Listening to Joe’s podcast he’s been quite active in helping Harrison this year.

Joe retired to spend more time with his family and get some rest after years of the football grind. Why would he immediately come back as a coach?
